Cancellation or Re-scheduling Policy
Each personal session requires payment to reserve the space.
The payment may be transferred with rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance at no additional cost or fees.
Cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund and a 50% refund for cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled time.
Payment is not refundable if appointment is cancelled on the day of the appointment or "no-show".
